Venice Beach Luxury Real Estate

Venice Beach is considered one of LA’s top beaches, with its selection of world-class attractions, which include a lively boardwalk, a popular recreation center, and a selection of world-famous surf spots.
Its best-known surf spot is known as the Venice Breakwater, which was built in the early 1900s to serve as an artificial barrier protecting an amusement pier. This surfing spot is the only place where waves break on both sides. Novice surfers can avail of surfing lessons in Venice Beach throughout the year. The surfing lessons are offered every day of the week, and equipment such as wetsuits and soft-top surfboards are usually included with the lesson.
Venice Beach also features the Venice Beach Recreation Center, which features several facilities located along N. Venice Blvd., Horizon Ave., and Ocean Front Walk. Visitors will be able to find children’s playgrounds, tennis courts, handball courts, and volleyball courts. Its basketball courts are iconic, having already appeared in a number of TV shows and Hollywood movies. Many NBA superstars past and present were also first discovered by league scouts at these very courts.
